At Nourished by Grace, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Change of Mind

If you have purchased a physical product and change your mind, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition

  • Have all tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Show no signs of use, wear, or damage

Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description, Nourished by Grace will gladly provide an exchange, replacement, or store credit within 14 days of the purchase date.

To assist us in processing your request, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product, where applicable

Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable resources, journals, guides, quiz packs, and other digital content, refunds or exchanges are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

However, if you experience any issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
